The attorneys in our Energy and Telecommunications Practice have significant experience with the many complex issues facing both regulated and unregulated energy and telecommunications companies. Members of this practice area regularly represent clients before New Hampshire's Public Utilities Commission, the state's Site Evaluation Committee, the New Hampshire Legislature, and state and federal agencies. Both Ms. Geiger and Mr. Patch served as Commissioners on New Hampshire's Public Utilities Commission prior to joining the firm, and Mr. Moffett has many years' experience representing utilities, independent power producers and customer groups.
