Member of New Judicial Branch

Emily Rice, co-chair of the firm's litigation practice group, was selected to be a member of a new Judicial Branch Committee on Alternative Dispute Resolution Services established by the New Hampshire Supreme Court and chaired by Associate Supreme Court Justice Linda S. Dalianis. The committee will review current ADR services provided in the New Hampshire State Courts and examine how they may be enhanced and expanded. The committee also will provide critical input for the proposed Office of Alternative Dispute Resolution at the Administrative Office of the Courts.
