Firm Welcomes Richard Uchida to business practice group

Orr & Reno is pleased to announce that Richard Y. Uchida has joined the firm as a director and a member of the business practice group. Richard is a business lawyer with expertise in real estate development and all areas of land use planning and regulation. In addition, he advises clients on formations, acquisitions and sales of businesses, commercial leasing, and general day-to-day business issues.
