In addition, they regularly are involved in commercial financings for private lenders and institutions and for businesses in all industries. The firm is state counsel for Harland Financial Solutions, the leading licensor of electronic loan and deposit documents for lenders.
The members of the Debtor-Creditor practice area guide businesses, individuals and creditors through workouts and restructurings, using various forms of dispute resolution methods to find the most appropriate solution for a particular business issue.
