Full Time Receptionist
Premier Concord law firm is seeking a full time (40 hours per week) skilled Receptionist to join our administrative team. The successful candidate will possess effective communication and customer service skills, project a professional demeanor in appearance and attitude, have strong organizational skills, be detail-oriented and able to multi-task. Responsibilities include answering and directing calls on our multi-line phone system, greeting clients, conference room organization, and providing administrative support with scanning, mailing, file organization and other projects as required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, a valid driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 20 lbs. are required. Please forward resume and cover letter to:
