Todd is a business lawyer with experience in corporate, non-profit and real estate matters. Prior to joining Orr & Reno, Todd was in private practice in Concord for 12 years.
His experience includes:
- Counseling individuals and small business clients on formation issues and related business matters, such as financing, contracts, and purchase or sale of a business
- Counseling landlords and tenants in office and lease issues
- Representing charitable trusts, foundations and non-profit organizations
- Litigating civil cases
