Practice Focus Business Litigation, Representation of Professionals Before State Licensing Boards, Criminal Defense, Medical Malpractice and Risk Management Experience
Bob helps businesses solve litigation problems. He represents small and large businesses in disputes involving contracts, real estate, and criminal investigations. In addition, he represents professionals before state licensing boards, and individuals charged with crimes.
Bob's background is in trial work. From 2001 to 2005, at the New Hampshire Attorney General's Office, he prosecuted white-collar crimes and homicides. Before that, he was in private practice in Boston, where he handled a wide range of civil and criminal cases, including medical malpractice litigation. He has argued numerous appeals before the New Hampshire Supreme Court.
