Experience

Bob is an experienced trial lawyer. He regularly tries cases before juries in criminal and civil matters. From 2001 to 2005, at the New Hampshire Attorney General's Office, he successfully prosecuted white collar cases and homicides. He has argued many appeals before the New Hampshire Supreme Court.

In addition to his experience as a criminal prosecutor, Bob has handled a wide range of civil and administrative litigation, including medical malpractice defense, representation of health care professionals before state licensing boards, personal injury cases, tax abatement appeals, and construction litigation. Bob routinely represents:

  • Private companies and corporate officers responding to law enforcement inquiries
  • Doctors, nurses, and other health care professionals responding to investigations by state licensing boards
