Peter's experience includes:

  • Lead counsel on the acquisition of a $95 million portfolio of hotels
  • Lead counsel on the acquisition of a multi-state $15 million plumbing and heating supply business
  • Lead counsel on sophisticated business succession plans for hotel and beer wholesale distributor owners among others
  • General counsel to rapidly growing international confection and chocolate manufacturer
  • Using his fluent German, Peter represents German, Swiss, and Austrian companies in various matters
