Peter's experience includes:

  • Lead counsel on the acquisition and financing of a multi-state $15 million plumbing and heating supply business
  • Lead counsel on sophisticated business succession plans for automobile, hotel and beer wholesale distributor owners, among others
  • General counsel to rapidly growing international confection and chocolate manufacturer
