Experience

Larry has extensive experience in Real Estate, Land Use Planning, and Estate Planning. He recently retired from Dartmouth College after more than 13 years as its in-house real estate attorney, holding the positions of Associate Director of Real Estate and Assistant Counsel for Real Estate. His responsibilities at Dartmouth included oversight of all sales, purchase, leasing, and gift transactions, as well as considerable involvement in land use planning and regulations. Prior to his service at Dartmouth, he was engaged in private practice in the Hanover-Lebanon area, with a principal focus in real estate, general business, and estate planning.

Community Involvement

Larry is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Vital Communities, Inc., and serves at chair of its Board Support and Governance Committee and its Nominating Committee. He is a member of the Hanover Rotary Club. He also is a former director and officer of a number of Upper Valley non-profit organizations, including The Hitchcock Alliance, United Way of the Upper Valley, the Upper Valley Housing Commission, the Hanover Affordable Housing Coalition, Opera North, Revels North, and the Thetford Chamber Singers. In addition, he was a member of the Board of Directors of The National Bank of Lebanon and of The First NH Bank of Lebanon.

Larry is a member of the Grafton County Bar Association and of the New Hampshire Bar Association. He is a retired member of the Delaware Bar Association.
