Practice Focus Domestic Relations, Alternative Dispute Resolution / Mediation Experience
Judy is the Chair of the Family Law Practice Group. Her practice focuses exclusively on domestic relations issues and includes private mediation, collaborative practice, drafting and review of prenuptial agreements, and complex divorce and post divorce litigation. With over 25 years of experience in the domestic relations area, her approach is innovative, and with her alternative dispute expertise, Judy is resolution oriented. Judy has achieved successful outcomes through settlement as well as through trial in a wide variety of cases involving complex financial issues, large and small business interests, multi-million dollar estates and various financial scenarios.
