Prior to joining Orr & Reno, Jim served as a law clerk to Justice Laurence I. Duncan, and was an Assistant Attorney General and Chief Counsel to the New Hampshire Department of Transportation. He was also Associate General Counsel at Allianz Insurance Company in Los Angeles.
