Experience

Heidi is a member of the firm's Business Practice Group. She advises companies and individuals on a wide range of general corporate and business law matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, entity formation, business and operational agreements, and commercial real estate transactions.

Heidi also counsels clients in the legal practice areas of marketing, promotions, privacy, and compliance. She has experience in advertising and promotions, including online and in-pack sweepstakes, and user-generated-content contests. Heidi's practice extends from providing advice on the content of advertising copy, to the review and drafting of rules for sweepstakes and skill contests, to the negotiation of agreements relating to the marketing and promotions industry. She also advises clients on matters of federal and state compliance relative to marketing, promotions and online privacy policies.

While attending Suffolk University Law School, Heidi worked for the Boston law firm of Ferriter Scobbo & Rodophele, P.C., where she gained experience in antitrust law, employment law, and commercial litigation. She also interned in the Trial Division of the Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General.
