Connie brings her 30 years of diversified legal experience to the firm's business and real estate practice. Her experience includes:
- Twenty years as a corporate attorney in New Hampshire and Connecticut, focusing on small business, real estate, land use and commercial finance
- Implementation of non-profit housing developments and manufactured housing involving multiple grant sources and lenders
- Former founding executive director of one of New Hampshire's three legal aid programs, Legal Advice & Referral Center and former director of the Pro Bono program of the New Hampshire Bar Association
- Former board member of CATCH, First Night NH, Child and Family Services
- Numerous surveys of NH business law for the ABA and national lender clients
